By accessing builtrix.ai or using any Builtrix platform services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Builtrix Labs Pvt Ltd (“Builtrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), registered at 15/8, 2nd Floor, Anugraha Flats, 23rd Street, Thillai Ganga Nagar, Nanganallur, Chennai 600061, Tamil Nadu, India.

By using this website or our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Platform Access Model

Builtrix provides access to its platform through:

• Initial Free Access Phase: Limited access for evaluation and demonstration purposes.
• Sales-Led Onboarding: Customers are onboarded through direct sales or authorized channels.
• Paid Subscription Plans: Continued use of the platform requires an active paid subscription, subject to agreed pricing and terms.

Builtrix reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free access at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, trademarks, and proprietary technology on builtrix.ai and within the Builtrix platform are owned by or licensed to Builtrix Labs Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users agree that they shall NOT:

Platform Abuse:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform
• Attempt to bypass security, authentication, or access controls
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract data
• Interfere with platform performance, servers, or infrastructure

AI & Data Misuse:

• Use AI outputs for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Manipulate inputs to generate misleading insights or outputs
• Use the platform to train or improve competing AI systems
• Extract or reuse proprietary models, logic, or workflows

Competitive Misuse:

• Use the platform to build or support a competing product or service
• Benchmark, replicate, or exploit platform features for competitive intelligence

Real Estate-Specific Violations:

• Upload or distribute false, misleading, or manipulated property information
• Misrepresent pricing, ownership, approvals, or legal status of properties
• Use the platform to conduct deceptive or unethical sales practices
• Record, analyze, or process calls without proper legal consent

Unauthorized Access & Data Violations:

• Access or attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or systems
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized usage
• Violate data protection, privacy, or confidentiality obligations

General Illegal Use:

• Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or harmful activities
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Builtrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately upon violation of any of the above.

5. Service Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Builtrix does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or business outcomes from platform usage.

6. Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of the data they input into the platform. Builtrix shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful data provided by users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Builtrix Labs Pvt Ltd arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Builtrix in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.

In no event shall Builtrix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of the cause of action.

8. Payment Terms

Continued access to the platform is contingent upon timely payment of applicable subscription fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

9. Termination

Builtrix may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
